11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1. Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your phpvi account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you fail to withdraw your balance within 30 days of closure request, phpvi may process the withdrawal on your behalf using your registered payment method.
